Do other companies have the same deliberations to decide the best way to try and find good quality apprentices?

We know there is a need for apprenticeships in our part of the world, but sometimes it is very difficult to use the systems in place, as the need for a provider to liaise between students and employers is certainly not a straight forward or quick and easy route!

We have had a few weeks of searching through agencies and speaking with local colleges directly, even meeting with apprenticeship advisers to try and smoothe the way forward.

Finally, after much activity and a couple of days of interviews of shortlisted applicants we have had success!

We will be able to introduce you to our two new apprentices very soon as they will be joining us on October 1st.
